MOVE
Improve fitness, energy and physical wellbeing.
Our sessions encourage participants to get moving, increase their activity levels and develop a positive relationship with exercise.
MOVE • PLAY • GROW • THRIVE
A Community Fitness Programme for Children, Young People & Adults
Move More. Feel Stronger. Grow in Confidence. Thrive Together.
In a world where screens are an increasingly big part of everyday life, finding time to move, play and stay active has never been more important.
Is your child spending too much time in front of screens?
Long periods spent on phones, tablets, gaming consoles and computers can contribute to:
❌ Reduced physical activity
❌ Weight gain and increased risk of obesity
❌ Lower confidence and self-esteem
❌ Poor fitness, posture and physical health
❌ Increased feelings of anxiety and stress
But children aren't the only ones who can benefit from becoming more active.
💻 Do you spend most of your working day sitting at a computer?
💻 Struggle to find time to exercise?
💻 Feel uncomfortable or intimidated by large gyms?
💻 Prefer a friendly, welcoming and supportive small-group environment?
Our new MOVE • PLAY • GROW • THRIVE Fitness Programme is designed for you.
We welcome children, young people and adults of all abilities who want to become more active, improve their fitness and develop healthier habits in a positive community environment.
PLAY
Have fun, stay motivated and enjoy being active.
Through games, challenges and engaging activities, exercise becomes something to look forward to, not something to fear.
GROW
Build strength, confidence and resilience.
Participants are supported to develop physical skills while growing in confidence and discovering what they are capable of achieving.
THRIVE
Develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
Our goal is to inspire long-term positive changes in physical health, mental wellbeing and everyday lifestyle.
