Refund Policy

EduArt C.I.C. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.   Events and Workshops

·      All payments made for events and workshops are non-refundable.

·      Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.

·      Transfers to another event or workshop may be considered at the discretion of EduArt C.I.C., subject to availability.

 

2.   Clubs and Subscriptions

·      Payments for clubs or subscription-based activities are non-refundable.

·      If a member chooses to leave a club or subscription early, no partial refunds will be issued.

·      Subscription sessions are not transferable to other members or programs.

·      EduArt C.I.C. may, at its discretion, allow transfers to another program of equal value (except subscription sessions).

 

3.   Exceptional Circumstances

·      In rare circumstances, such as events being cancelled by EduArt C.I.C., a full refund or credit may be offered.

·      Any requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to eduartcic@gmail.com.

 

4.   Policy Acknowledgement

·      By booking an event, workshop, club, or subscription with EduArt C.I.C., participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
